Welcome to the North Country Human Resource Association (NCHRA) website. The NCHRA is a chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and represents human resources professionals throughout Northern New York in Jefferson and Lewis counties. This site provides information on our local chapter as well as links to other professional and business interests in “The North Country.” 

We hold monthly meetings and invite speakers to share information on current and relative topics. Our electronic mailings and monthly newsletter enable members to share helpful information as well. There are many opportunities to network and our annual conference is fast becoming an event that many look forward to.
