Volunteer with NCHRA – a great way to connect to the North Country area Human Resources community, grow your skills, and have a lot of fun with others committed to supporting the professional growth of HR practitioners. Volunteers on all committees must be current members of the NCHRA chapter. You will be contacted by a member of our Board of Directors.

The Foundation Committee’s mission is to champion workforce and workplace transformation by promoting and educating NCHRA members about SHRM Foundation programs and activities. The committee’s focus will be to organize fundraisers that support the SHRM Foundation and in turn, support educational scholarships to educate the local membership and their families. The Foundation Committee is committed to making change happen and enhance opportunities for HR professionals to make a difference in their local communities.
